I am going travelling, is there anything I need to do?

In addition to your “home” location ingest server, we are able to offer ingest servers in a location close to you when you go travelling. This will assist in keeping your latency as low as possible in order to provide high quality streams.

When travelling around Europe, any of our European ingest servers will be sufficient, but we also have ingest servers in a high number of places around the world, and can always bring new ones online.

Please contact us as soon as you know your travel plans, on Discord. Alternatively, you can raise a help ticket through your Client Portal and we can arrange a new ingest server at No Additional Cost! Both your original “home” ingest and new “travel” ingest will be live and active at the same time, so there will be no downtime to your stream and both can be used simultaneously.
