How to enable Privacy Mode?

If you’re ever in a situation where you need your stream to stay live but you need a little bit of privacy, then as long as you have connection to your Twitch Chat you can just type !privacy into your chat and your stream will go straight into Privacy mode. This means your camera will no longer broadcast to your stream, but your stream will stay connected so you don’t lose your stream uptime.

If for any reason you have lost connection to chat due to poor network or a drained chat phone battery, simply turn your camera off and again your stream will go straight into privacy mode. Saving your stream and account from any potential Terms of Service violations.
