This guide is intended for customers who already have a BELABOX Cloud account and need to “Push” their feed over to our server.

Log in to the BELABOX Cloud portal, then on the top menu click on SRT(LA) Relays

Click on “Push”

Put in the details as found in the Client Portal. Once done, it should look like the below:

Note:
Budget and Enhanced packages: These details will be found within the OBS package. You will need to use the SRT details.
Remote Desktop packages: These details will be found within the Video Ingest package. You will need to use the SRT details.
