How to connect to Remote Desktop on Windows

For Windows Devices

Click on the Start Menu and type in Remote Desktop

Click on Remote Desktop Connection

Win Key + R - type in mstsc and press OK

If you cannot find Remote Desktop Connection this way, press the Windows Key + R then type in mstsc

In the box, type in the IP address as found within your Client Portal

Click on Connect

Input the Username and Password as found within your Client Portal
Please note, you may need to click on “More Choices” so you can input the username otherwise it will use your Windows account username and fail to connect
