Bot Not Responding

Can’t start or stop stream on Budget or Enhanced plans because your bot is not responding? READ THIS FIRST

Step 1

Try again after 30 seconds.
ensure the command is correct

(Our bot restarts on regular basis throughout the day, you may have caught it during a restart)

If this does not work, try utilising our Back Up Bot. The following commands are active on the backup bot;

#start – Starts your OBS and Stream
#stop – Stops your OBS and Stream
#live – Switches to the Live Scene
#privacy – Switches to the Privacy Scene
#s – Switches to a scene name, example #s desktop will switch to a Desktop scene if configured

When the backup bot is used, automatic scene switching will not be active, this means it will not automatically switch to clips. You can do #s disconnected for that or #s privacy
OBS will not automatically stop on raid when the backup bot is active. You will need to manually stop your stream with #stop

Step 2

Connect to OBS Websocket (We recommend OBS Blade – using this guide)
or if not set up in advance, go to here

Within OBS Blade, click on Stop Streaming (or Go Live to start streaming)
